We  strive to make all sales an enjoyable online purchase at Idealgame.nl. It is  with regret due to software scammers Idealgame.nl has a strict  policy on all downloadable product sales. This policy has only been  adopted because absolutely necessary. Our system was open to abuse by  people downloading and keeping a product, and then demanding a refund  while still using the product & the rights associated with the  product. There  has been a very high rate of refunds due to software theft. A glut of  orders have been placed for downloadable software then requesting a  full refund. We have no way of checking if they actually delete the  product from their PC or not.
  Each  time Idealgame.nl issues a refund it costs us money. So before you buy a product, first check our free online demo! You will get an exact copy of this demo after your payment in a download link, sended to your email. If you don't like the demo, then just don't buy the product.

Downloadable Products

All Sales are final. No refunds will be given for game sources that is delivered via download from the Internet. Exchanges only will  be given for sales via download.
  Defective  products will be replaced with same working product. You will get an exact copy of the demo. You can see this demo website working online. If there is a  problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience  any difficulty with its download, Idealgame.nl will gladly fix the  problem.  If we cannot fix the the software you will be given the choice of an exchange or a 100% complete refund. Refunds are only issued to the same email address & account they where originally purchased with.

All products are manually tested & verified. Also you can test the demo online for yourself

Products may be returned for replacement in the following manner:
  Returns to Idealgame.nl must be made within 5 days of the invoice  date. After 5 days, no returns will be allowed or accepted. Defective software may be returned for exchange  with the same product only.
